Tray icon displays nothing, does nothing.

The tray icon outline appears in the tray. The tooltip says Netlock

The icon has no face, it's just a blank box, see screen shot below

Neither left click nor right click produce any action or menus.

Expected behaviour: Netlock icon
Left click opens applet display service status and most recent connect and actions
Right click opens fly out menu with choices

Windows 11 clean install.

Does that only happen if no logo is selected, or also with your own logo? If you added your own logo you need to wait until the policy has been synced with the agent. Afterwards the user needs to re login in windows to load the new logo at the moment.

That was with no logo selected in ..Policies..Default..Manage..Tray Icon..blank. Have set a custom icon.

This might be the issue.

How often will policies refresh to clients? Is there a way to see new policies have arrived? A way to pull in policy changes faster with a command line option or service restart?

It's now showing the tray icon as a super miniture netlock icon, about 1/8th size of other icons, and not the custom icon above. Left click and right click do not do anything.
