Photo Capture is not working in the latest version of this library (1.6.7 of RTEditor)

Guys,

For my project, I am using compileSdkVersino 27, buildToolsVersion '27.0.3' , and my minSdkVersion 14 and my targetSdkVersion 27. My Android Studio is at the latest versions of 3.1.3 using the latest build tools and plug-ins. My project compatibility settings are set to Java 8 so I could use the latest version of this Android-RTEditor implementation library ... version 1.6.7

My project compiles and runs fine.  However, when I go inside my Editor and try to select the Camera Photo Capture button of the RTEditor  (from the ribbon of options at the bottom)...  nothing happens.

I mean to say... an empty activity launches, and there is no Camera to allow me to take a picture to save to my editor. Bear in mind that Image Insertion is working fine. It is just the Camera Icon (for taking a Photo) that is not working.

Does anyone know how to resolve this bug?
