Could you guide how could i extract RNA embeddings for any other downstream tasks ?

Hi, thanks for your interest! Our work is still under review and has not been published.

Our work is not for RNA pretraining. I'm not sure whether the RNA embeddings from our model can benefit other downstream tasks. If you would like to use it, I think the input of the encoder may be suitable. Please refer to here:
