Cant seem to get it work.

I can't seem to get it to work at all.
any little bit of help would be appreciated. Not sure if its me or bdo did something to make it not work anymore.

I think there could be two reasons why it doesn't work.

• Tools doesn't have sufficient access rights. Try to run tools as administrator or copy files to folder where you have full access (e.g. Documents folder).

• Your BDO version uses .loc files in different format. For example private servers are a few patches behind of live servers, so it is possible that your game client still uses older format (40-50MB files, new format has 9-15MB files).

Which game client do you have installed? I have tested tools on NA/EU, SA, SEA, TH, TR and TW servers. If you use any other version, I'll need to see your .loc files so I can test it and fix it.

Works fine here. Although i did have some issues with the resulting file being 1KB after patching, but that was because i forgot to update ReplaceLanguage, now it's fine.

Alternatively you could try the program i wrote (which revolves around @AMGarkin's tools, just wrapped up in a neat package to make things simple.
Works on NA client and only does english at the moment (i may expand to the other languages at some point)
