Launching a new docker setup of DPdash from scratch

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a new instance of DPdash via docker for myself to explore to see if we can utilize DPdash to keep track of incoming data (MRI images) for our project. I was trying to follow the instructions for docker setup provided in this repo, but from the instructions it sounds like it requires me to have a backup.tar from a previous setup to launch it.

Am I reading the requirement for docker setup correctly? If there is another method to launch it directly via docker, please let me know.

Also if this is not the proper place to ask this, let me know, and I can post it in a proper location.
