langsamp01 will not work for multiple events screening, baseline, month_1, month_2

In existing langsamp01.py setting, it will be very difficult to link a row from manifest to an event in REDCap.

In the hardest way, we can extract all psychs interview dates, calculate their difference with consent dates, and try to match that with a REDCap JSON blob.

The way we tackled this is that Dheshan M provides only baseline transcripts in one file and month_2 transcripts in another file. In other words, he provides filtered list of transcripts pertinent to allowed event e.g. up to month_2.
