Enhance eeg_sub_files01.py to work directly with Spero's list

• Check if constructed /data/predict1/data_from_nda/Prescient/PHOENIX/PROTECTED/PrescientBM/processed/BM06276/eeg/ses-20231013/NDA/BM06276_eeg_visit001 exist in CSV

  • it will have .zip or _1.zip suffix

  If it is not, return
  else, populate it

@speroNCIRE just needs to confirm if ses-20231013 is the shifted date. If it is, it will match with REDCap run sheet's date.
(The run sheet we refer here is already date shifted)

Tashrif found out that the dates provided in Spero's list are real dates. So Tashrif will have to shift them. To not perturb consistency of {nda_short_name}.py files, this workflow should reside outside the script. For that purpose, we are drafting:
