How does the IAMR/Tutorials/HIT work?

Hello IAMR team!

I'm learning the HIT case in IAMR/Tutorials.

I find that the init_turbulent_forcing() funciton is called only once in prob_init(), because the prob_init() is called only once, too. Consequently, the forcing term is determinated before the simulation starts. So everytime when the NavierStokesBase::get_Force() is called, does it exert the same forcing to the velocity field?
