add Select List Input Field

Hello,

thanks for implementing this as a plugin (was also on my agenda but had not found the time for it :)).

Any plan to also add select list as a possible input field type (with updating of the choices if the underling item changes the choices)?
If you upload also the JS i would try to implement it myself if you have no time for it.
