multi burst insar test fails with `KeyError: 'granules'`

The [jobs_info](https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-testing/blob/develop/tests/conftest.py#L110) fixture assumes a `granules` parameter. The INSAR_ISCE_MULTI_BURST job type has `reference` and `secondary` instead.
