Inconsistencies with Aviary manifest ingestion

Tanya and the Aviary team are wondering if we're getting any error messages on Aviary manifest ingestion. They updated server settings and ingestion generally seems to work now, but sometimes annotations are being imported into AVA and sometimes not. Sean sent a list of manifests that are working inconsistently:
