Add example of testing a frame

While testing user classes is now possible with this unitTestFramework, testing Frames seem to pose a difficulty.
For example: How do you test a script that triggers on a "on click" event.

A practical example in this regard would help. Or, if such functionality does not exist, provide tools that such can be tested.
