Add example showing best practices for data files used in test

@bodob I'm thinking maybe a test that shows the use of GetTempFilePath(), which was added in commit 993fcc9, would be a good idea. GetResourceFilePath() might be a good demo but would require adding test data to the repo so I'm thinking we do not do that. Thoughts?
