[MINOR BUG] [1.20.1] Command Spy module does not work on Forge

Describe the bug
I have the permission set, it just does not send the messages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. be on forge 1.20.1 with sinytra connector
2. give yourself command spy permission
3. have another player run a command
4. See that you don't get to spy on it

Expected behavior
The command would appear in your chat as an admin

Versions

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Solstice: (e.g. 1.8.0+1.20.1 (my version (I never touched that module though)))

Add any other context about the problem here.
Have not tested on 1.21

I am unable to find a solution to this bug, Forge prevents the mixin from being called.
