Suggestion: complete profile without needing to verify id or submit quest

Currently, the only way to add profile details is to participate in a campaign or verify id

On the profile page there should be the option to insert and edit basic profile information so that a user can comment on tipping proposals or campaigns without necessarily needing to participate to start with.
