Feature request: Make some quests unclickable or deactivated #44
Description
Using the test hackathon campaign as an example, it would be cool if we could open the registration quest only to get people to register and familiarise themselves with the instructions/rules prior to the main quest items (project submission) which could remain greyed out until activated on campaign page. It could be a simple activate/deactivate toggle
