Enable `Download packing result` button for example recipes

Use Case

Currently, the Download packing result is greyed out when there is no edits made. We'd like to allow users to download the outputs for the original example recipe data

Acceptance Criteria

• in example_packing, add a outputs_directory field to store outputs s3 folder
