Necessary to pin down pyqt5-qt5 when using pdm as a dependancy and environment manager

Thanks for the work of this nice package.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We use pdm as our go to tool for dependancy management but also virtual environment management, and pdm is sadly known to have a particular issue with pyqt5 installation (requires pinning down pyqt5-qt5==5.15.2 as seen in pdm-project/pdm#2984 .

Describe the solution you'd like
We did it on our own fork but i wanted to feed back the issue here, in case someone else encounters the same problem.
