Consider moving stimuli and behavior tasks section above physiology

I’ve noticed that students often look in the ophys or ephys sections to find task information for visual behavior and I need to repeatedly remind them that there is an entire section on the task and training procedures. Having it as an earlier section in the list can help bring attention to this important information. Also, I think it makes more sense when considering what dataset to look at or what questions to ask to first thing about the available stimuli and behavior conditions, then think about which recording methodology would be appropriate to use.
