[Feature] - Plot Feedback Language

Currently, when players submit their plot for feedback, there is no option to choose the language in which they want to receive their feedback. This can cause issues, since some players might not understand the feedback given.

Describe the solution you'd like
When submitting a plot, players should be asked in which language they want to receive their feedback. This could be implemented as a simple menu, e.g. with clickable heads/icons for each available language.

• The menu title could be something like: "In which language would you like to receive feedback?"
• The system should not be tied to the Minecraft client/server language, so players can freely choose.
• Ideally, the available languages should not be hardcoded, but configurable per team/server (e.g. Germany team → German & English).

Currently, reviewers can see the language that the plot owner has set and act accordingly.
We cannot really force reviewers to write feedback in a certain language since not every reviewer can speak every possible language.
So usually if a reviewer cannot speak your selected language, they write in English. but none of that is really enforcable of course.
