Assembler doesn't work for most craft

I tried everything, but the assembler doesn't want to work.
I can craft a plank with 4 lumber, and convert this plank to a button, so the assembler is working properly regarding to electricity.
But i can't unmold an ingot, i can't merge 4 rick limonite to 3 scrap (tried that with a full durability and a half durability hammer, with different material). I can't craft some conveyor belt. I don't know if it is related to theses crafts having a tool that is not consumed / given back (mold, hammer).

I tried in creative and on a server.

Version 12.2.80

Edit : i first though it was because of nft tag, but the assembler can't even craft a single redstone block

Unfortunately, most of these are conflicts between custom recipes and the assembler. I'm not aware of how to fix.
