Enhancement: Provide feedback about what Analyst is doing

I'm new to BioNanoAnalyst.  I thought it was not working when i first loaded my ref, maps  and clicked Analyze.  When i looked at the process list on the machine I could see activity (reading from disk , using CPU, etc) but the UI does not show me much.

It would be nice to have a little status bar providing some status information about what's happening.
