Neo4J wont Index

After Installing and Configuring the DataSource (which seems fine).
I have tried to Index, however I get the following 2 errors and indexing fails.
500 Internal Server Error and Supplied bookmark does not conform to pattern.

Any guidance please, using Neo4j Server Community 4.1
