Roadmap for TPS.

• finish daily ERA5 downloader / Simon
• move doc to main repo / Simon
• look into moving away from topocalc: 1) use existing library or 2) pull in Clare's functions in Julia so figure out how to call Julia from Python
• remove gdal dependencies in topo_da.py / Joel
• Google Cloud Storage Zarr downloader to finish
• idea of modulating number of clusters per group, for instnce having groups with higher densities of clusters
• making a simpler downscaling tool for Temperature and Precicp only.
• have feature list in the topo_param.py for choosing or not to compute svf in link to previous point for simpler downscaling
• make in the documentation a TPS and previous version use cases list: scientific, operational, link to snowmapper etc.
• variable timestep commit (prcp * timestep, rad /3600 ALWAYS!)

Now one can set relative number of clusters per group. Default, it maintain cluster density per area homogenous across groups.

To trigger the option.
1 in config.yml:
add clustering_group_weights: 'inputs/dem/gw.csv' in toposub
2. create a csv file, here called gw.csv

group,weight
8,0.8
4,0.2

This will use 20% of clusters to group 4 and 80% for group 8

a next step could to write a function for instance computing the number of cluster based on the complexity index of the group. Just an idea for an example case
