Making analysis products easily downloadable.

I was hoping to have some simple way of providing a URL in the email sent out to users that would allow them to download from the bucket, but I can't seem to get it to work.

The alternative is to include a link to a summary page on the web server, which will host a downloadable link to a tar ball.
