How to control EVO II Pro V3 using virtual stick?

I can't find the "method setRemoteControlStick" function in V1.5 SDK.

Can anyone tell me how to control the EVO II Pro V3 with Virtual Stick Commands (generating simulated commands of a remote controller stick)?
Should I use the V1 or V1.5 SDK?
