I've spent the last little while trying to get this to work as it's the perfect usecase for me. Through trial and error, I've managed to get it to run on my MacBook running MacOS 14.6:

• Installed Python 3.8 using pyenv
• Installed the MacOS CMake application and added it to PATH via the command line tool
• Ran pip install dlib prior to pip install -r requirements.txt

I would really love to get the facial tracking working with VISCA over IP. I am using a BlackMagic ATEM Mini to get my PTZ Camera feed into my MacBook, and would like to use VISCAIP to control it. The add camera by IP menu button seems to not do anything. Is anyone still working on this project, and if not, could somebody point me in the right direction as to how to continue development? Thanks.
