Add Ip doesn't appear to be working

Describe the bug
Seems like this might be dead but putting this out there if anyone still monitors it.
The "Add Ip" button doesn't appear to do anything? It seems like it should open a dialoge box of some sort. Trying to get this working on network visca over ip cameras.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Sources > "Add Ip" - Button does nothing

Expected behavior
Open dialogue box?
