Curator fee confirmation #274
Description
When creating a launch, when you enter a curator fee, the form should show the curator's current fee under/near the curator address input, and show a confirmation checkbox confirming the creator has checked and agreed the current fee.
e.g. "Have you confirmed this fee with the curator?"
