Check Unauthorized errors when Pub/Sub to EG without a topic space

Pub/sub to any topic in EG without permissions

Expected/desired behavior

Throw an exception indicating which operation and in which topic we got the Unauthorized PubAck

There was a typo in the topic spaces configuration, and was not easy to find.
