Support for CycleCloud-monitoring?

I saw that the cyclecloud-monitoring project has been added to the based slurm.txt template. Is the monitoring project going to be included in the main cyclecloud package or is this assuming that the monitoring project will be uploaded separately to cyclecloud?

Cyclecloud will come with it as a default project. So the project does not have to be uploaded separately. However it does require you to have Azure managed Grafana setup and the monitoring project requires ClientID and an Ingestion Endpoint. The monitoring project does come with a helper script that can be used to set those up. Down the road this will be integrated into CCWS so a better portal integration will be available.

Additionally if you dont wish to use it then it can just be disabled.
