"For the intro, add some information about the timeline and long term goals as well as what has been accomplished (refer to 6/7/17 notes in drive).
For the analysis some of the current analysis is outdated, specifically the PCA part. We concluded that the two principal components are not really sufficient, but we did not tackle improvements yet.
But again, these are just recommendations.
One topic I was reading about recently is t-SNE, just another dimension reduction technique if you are interested."
