Prune 3.0.2 incorrectly reporting groups used to scope Jamf Catalog apps as unused...

We are seeing an issue where the unused groups scan shows groups that are only used to Scope Jamf Catalog apps returned as being unused.  Be happy to provide any information or testing needed.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create Smart Group that is only used to scope Jamf Catalog apps.
2) Scan for unused groups
3) observe that the groups show in the report as unused.
