Is there a docker image of jupyter with the kernel already installed?

Docker image with Java JDK 9 build 101 on Debian is available at https://hub.docker.com/r/parana/java-jdk9/

Perhaps one approach using Docker image can provided more robust solution for this project because you have more control about softwares versions installed.
