Difference between `NEWVERSION` and `NEXTWORKSTEP`

The documentation is not very clear about the functional difference between the workstep types NEWVERSION and NEXTWORKSTEP. It would be nice to have some guidance of when to use which type.

@lietho Thanks for submitting the issue. Newversion is new version of suggestion, example:
A sends initial suggestion
B provides feedback that rejects it
A sends new version of initial suggestion

Next workstep happens after previous workstep is approved, example:
A sends initial suggestion
B provides feedback that approves it
A continues with next or final workstep
