Further integration with OpenHistoricalMap

I don't know if you're interested in OpenHistoricalMap at all, but here are some things that would be nice to be integrated.

- Check `start_date` and `end_date` for `building:part`
- Add a timeslider to slide between buildings in a [chronology](https://www.openhistoricalmap.org/relation/2863235).
