Phases order don't make sense #13
Description
In this example, the CEA Source read and destination write plot shows that the CEA would have started at 22:04 on Mar-12. However looking at the other plot for Total Events Applier (lag time seconds), the linear increase of the lagtime and subsequently the rapid application of CEA events at ~ 3:15 on Mar-13 seems to indicate that the CEA phase started at 3:15 on Mar-13. Something seems off with the CEA source read/destination write plots considering we do not have ORR anymore since v1.7.1 so CEA must begin after the Copy phase. Even if we consider this is the point of view of the coordinator, the CEA seems to have started with collection copy which is strange.
