Currently on larger messages the device just blanks out.

Any chance we could just display the message is too big and still allow signing the message?

It's a multisig batch, can email an example.

The message size limit is currently at around ~7.5kB. Is what you are signing larger than that? If so, any way to reduce its size?

Unlikely, these transactions are multisig batches.

Adding my +1 as I hit this too on a multisig tx on EVM. Better functionality would be to grab the first and last bytes of the message if too long. Having the device silently blank out is not ideal.

Error reporting should of course be better, but the root of the issue is not with bridge, it's a limitation in the BitBox firmware related to the max size it accepts.

We'd like to fix this issue, but unfortunately I can't give an ETA.
