Formmaker installation without Marketplace

Is there any solution to install Formmaker to an existing Pagekit installation? The Marketplace doesn't still exist any more. And bixie.org is down. Thank you for any help ;-)

Just copy the files in /packages/bixie/formmaker - you also need the bixie framework!
