Please update luars232 and penlight to latest versions #71
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. For luars232, I get error. Latest version (1.0.3) probably fixes it.
2. For penlight, seems like significant development has happened.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Get the following error --

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Currently using the latest version of LfW.
Please provide any additional information below.
I am on Win7 Pro 64-bit.
