Re-enable keychain sharing requiring tests in `KeychainStorageContainerTests`

The tests in KeychainStorageContainerTests require an entitlement to run properly. We should work to re-enable them.

failed - Internal error when a required entitlement isn't present, client has neither application-identifier nor keychain-access-groups entitlements.
