I want to include this package to configure and optimize the battery, but I have never used it...

After more than a year I bring the solution:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linrunner/tlp
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

After add run to install sudo apt-get install tlp and sudo tlp start to use.
