Upload of existing file

It is not allowed to upload existing files, so a call like:

`flirt -in FILE.nii.gz -ref FILE.nii.gz -applyisoxfm 2 -res FILE_out.nii.gz`

which is a legal FSL call, will fail in RH-Node since the reference file is the same as the input file.
