Login issues with the SDK

We keep experiencing issues with the login api from the SDK
following is snippet of the same
Error Domain=com.ca.MASFoundation:ErrorDomain Code=3003107 "The registered device record is invalid" UserInfo={status-code=400, MASResponseInfoBodyInfoKey={

Hi,

With given information, there is a lot of ways that could potentially cause that issue.
Can you please provide a bit more information of the workflow of how your application is using the SDK?
i.e. what are methods of APIs from SDK being invoked, when they are being called, and other background information that could potentially help us to dig into such as (loging out everytime, calling device de-registration (if so, when), performing logging with different users, etc)

Also, some other information especially which version of SDK is being used would be helpful to investigate further on this issue.
