[Bug]: Add scroll bars to the Student Details page so the user can see all content. #1024

What Happened?
Acceptance Criteria
Current Behavior: When the student details aren’t fully visible on the page due to the number of records, the user is unable to view all content, e.g., header information at the top of the page and the Export and Close buttons at the bottom of the page.
Expected Behavior: The page will automatically display horizontal and vertical scroll bars when needed, allowing the user to view all content regardless of browser size.
