file-preview: focus on the previewer when Preview button is clicked

Lack of intuitive response. If I scroll all the way down the page to access the 2026 file and click on “preview”, nothing happens. I understand that the file is displayed at the top, but for average users, this really is not intuitive enough. I now have to scroll all the way back up the page to see the content of the file.
