Use Case

We will include additional information to contextualize the overall questionnaire.

Problem

Medical questionnaires include additional health information than the main five categories we've explored (ex: does the patient smoke? if so, at what cadence?).

Solution

Collect additional information on patient's social decisions that may affect their health.
Collect additional information on patient's menstrual cycles if the patient is biologically female.

Alternatives considered

One way we can approach collecting this information is to only ask the menstrual cycle information if the patient indicated it early on already.
