Calibration step is very slow #2

Calibration is very slow and laggy especially with HD cameras. This is because for every frame it tries to check checkerboard pattern. The workaround that worked for me was to just make some minor changes to have 'Use Video' configuration parameter like it has for main ATAM project. Basically this leads to offline calibration with stored video.
