使用cef控件打开网页时，网页内部的视频无法播放该怎么处理？ #503

网页中带有视频的部分，会只显示视频的封面图，但是无法点击播放按钮进行播放。但又不像一些视频网站一样会直接提示“当前浏览器不支持xxx播放器(如B站的HTML5播放器)”，这种情况是需要更换网页端的播放器还是需要其他兼容设置？
