For some reason, you can enter commands during the battle.

Describe the bug

I have clearly configured the plugin to prohibit absolutely all commands during combat, but for some reason, when PvP mode starts, I enter the /spawn command, the plugin says that I cannot use it during combat, but it is executed anyway.

To reproduce the bug

1. I use /spawn
2. The plugin says that I can't use it during a fight.
3. The command is still being executed.

Plugin and Server version

The server is running on Leaf 1.21.4 core, I have the latest version of PvPManager.

This happens with the EssentialSpawn plugin /spawn command, I also tested this on the Purpur 1.21.4 core.
